Our story
In 2016 Cameron became a partner in an existing family business Rylance Holiday Homes which manages a number of our own properties in and around Brisbane. During this time he was fortunate to learn from his partners who had a combined 20yrs experience in the short term property market and had built a very successful business.
Seeing how the introduction of technology and processes benefited the business and and its guests, Cameron thought about using the knowledge he’d aquired to help others looking to take advantage of the opportunities available to those letting out their properties using the Air BnB approach.
Where we are today
VIP BnB is a property management company specialising in short-term and Air BnB rentals. Headquartered in Brisbane, with a view to extending operations in Australia and abroad, VIP BnB proven approach to short term property management helps property investors increase their yields by maximising occupancy and average nightly rates.
The company offers a complete end-to-end service package that includes marketing of the property, managing the rental process, coordinating cleaning and linen change-over, and acting as the primary contact for guests.
